Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the airZ Studio application, website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using airZ Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

airZ Studio provides a professional live broadcasting and non-linear recording controller application. We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise) which unlock specific software capabilities such as 4K/60fps rendering, unlimited playlists, and SRT Connection Bonding.

2. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the airZ Studio software. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Share, resell, or distribute your license key or account credentials.
  • Use the software to broadcast illegal, infringing, or highly explicit content in violation of applicable laws or platform terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Payments: Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
  • Enterprise Contracts: Enterprise users may be subject to additional customized agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

4. User Content and Broadcasts

You retain all ownership rights to the audio, video, and integrated visual content ("Content") you produce and broadcast using airZ Studio. We claim no ownership over your broadcasts. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for all assets and media you stream.

5. Limitation of Liability

airZ Studio is provided "AS IS." We do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Real-time broadcasting is subject to network and hardware variables. To the maximum extent permitted by law, airZ Studio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenues, corrupted local recordings, dropped frames, or stream disconnections.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the platform maliciously.

7. Changes to Terms

We may dynamically update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
